We went to Phil Solicitors to sort a probate matter. The solicitor that dealt with our case was unprofessional, abrupt and unhelpful. We had to constantly contact Phil Solicitors for updates, which in my opinion is extremely unprofessional. When the solicitor did call, she was rude and the very patronising. Considering we paid quite a high fee, she did very minimal work with hardly any case progression.

We ended up terminating the contact and went elsewhere. I'll be contacting the Law society to make a formal complaint. I urge anybody considering using this solicitor to go a more reputable solicitor
