WARNING: steer clear of this scammy organization. We hired Bolt Burdon for a routine change to a lease where all parties had already agreed to the change and only needed solicitors to actually make the amendments. They offered to charge a fixed fee, rather than by the hour, and we took them up on it because we thought it would be a hard limit on our costs. It was clear that as soon as they couldn't charge us by the hour we were the lowest priority for Bolt Burdon. We must have called them 30 times, every time we called they were 'busy' and not once did they return our call. Months go by with no
