We were so impressed with the level of care that was put into our case. Jim went out of his way to make sure the best outcome was reached for us and that we felt looked after, since we have never been in a situation such as this before. On the day of the intended police interview, he was able to persuade the police to explore an out of court settlement thus retaining our good character. We highly recommend them.
