After visiting the high street services and not being able to get anything less than a six week turn around we decided to try our local independent service Marc Charles Carpets as we were facing a very tight deadline to see if he could help. Marc was our saving grace not only was he able to meet our dead line but went above and beyond what was expected, going to the property to measure and even saving us money by using the room off cuts to do the hallways and of course doing an amazing job. We would definitely be using his services again and would highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

We bought our carpet in December 2020 and Marc was incredibly helpful, getting our carpet measured up and fitted in record time for Christmas despite the pandemic! He was really knowledgable and gave great guidance. We'd definitely use his company again. Thanks Marc!

An amazing service from start to finish. I wanted a good quality carpet and I certainly got that here. Mark spent a lot of time going back and forth with samples, answering my wifes questions and concerns and guiding us in a carpet that suited the house and the family. The fitting was perfect, all cleaned up and the only way you knew the fitter had been there was the new carpet. Couldnt recommended this shop enough
