Bad experience and a nightmare with the owner Terry of the shop. Came and measured up and then sent a guy to do the carpet. Came and done the underlay and went off and came back with another workman. And the other workman was rude and abusive saying I have to take the doors off because the carpets wont go under it and I said if you take the doors off I have to pay extra for a chippy to chip the door at the bottom off. Initially when the Terry guy came to mesure he should have informed me about this. And when I went down the stairs the work man had the new carpet laying in the floor on the dirty

Very positive experience from choosing the carpets through to the fitting. Many thanks to Terry and the fitters, didn't get their names, who were quick and efficient clearing as they went. All done at a very reasonable price too! Will definitely use again.
