Useless. Didnt fix any issues with the flat I was renting so I had to fork out to do it myself. No help throughout the tenancy. Then took 3 months after I moved out to actually email about my deposit. To which they charged me a ridiculous amount, especially considering the flat was left in better condition than It was found. Cowboys trying to make a buck by leeching off society.

I have rented my flat in Clifton with Bristol Res since 2016. I have always found them to be v professional, extremely responsive to tenant queries and good value. Although my flat is currently not with Bristol Res (as it is in the process of being sold) they have kindly kept a key for me and recently went above and beyond to visit the property to inspect for water damage sustained during the recent storms. Jess Watt (legend) provided me with photos of the interior and made a series of recommendations to ensure the safety of the property. I couldn't thank her enough. In summary, a very professional

Me and my boyfriend had a house viewing at one of the houses in Shirehampton. Emma Kelly was the one showing us round and couldnt have been more helpful if she tried! We brought our 8 month old baby with us to the viewing and she interacted with her aswell as showing us around the house. Emma was very bubbly and energetic aswell as very welcoming at the show around and showed great knowledge of the house. She answered all of our questions with ease and gave us some great info. Weve views properties before with different letting agencies but none of them were as friendly as her.
