When we 1st enquired about selling our property Dave came out to give a valuation and sort out paperwork on what should have been his day off. He knew we needed a quicker sale due to wanting to reserve a dream plot. We cannot fault the service provided around this and they had got our property sold in literally just over 3 weeks. They have been easy to communicate with throughout the process. Even emails have been exchanged in the evening, I would not expect this as standard so you can see they go above and beyond. We are still yet to complete due to no fault of housefox but from an estate agent

My initial experience with House Fox was very positive. They arranged a viewing very promptly ,answered all my questions about the property and followed up quickly to let me know an offer had been made. It was the next part of this process that left me feeling demoralised. Having put in an offer over the asking price I had an anxious night waiting for a decision and was told I would be contacted the next day. No phone call came.. and when I eventually emailed to ask for an update, I had a phone call from a trainee sales negotiator to say the sale had gone to someone else and he would put me on
