Wonderful evening with excellent service, as we were the only ones all evening, what a shame for staff and owner. Had a wonderful choice from either the Christmas menu or normal menu. I had 2 courses and they were both lovely and plentiful. Finished with tea and toffee (tablet), yummy

Great place to stay, rooms are clean and cosy. Public bar is full of friendly locals. The curry club over the road was fun. Food in the hotel restaurant was exceptional.

They were very accommodating with our group considering our numbers and when one of the group left articles behind they phoned us when we'd left for Aberdeen. Top notch
