Chef Jang, being trained by a chef with 28 years of experience in Japanese food, has worked in numerous highest quality restaurants in Korea and the UK. We have shumai, miso soup, California roll, shrimp crunchy roll, sushi sandwich, and chicken teriyaki on the menu. To ensure the highest quality and taste, we prepare our food with the freshest ingredients available.

Thank you for a great service last night and lovely food as always, it's great that you are now open again. Superb sashimi, lovely gyoza and yakitori and the je-yook bokeum (pork) and the ojingeo bokeum (squid) were fantastic and so full of flavour. Service was excellent and overall a 10 out of 10 many thanks for a great meal.
