Please read if you have a current policy with these. Weve had ongoing vexatious/fake claims for 4 years. This company and our allotted solicitors have made a business decision to settle a clearly fake claim by a serial claimer - despite us supplying the same documentation over and over again (worrying that confidential information hasnt been received allegedly). The claim that they want to settle, without our permission - thats right, read the small print, theyll override your wishes because its a better business financial decision outcome for them, is easy to defend, but cheaper

The staff are useless and can't change my mobile number. Then the 6th time I rang the man who couldn't get it right decided to have an attitude with me, ending the call as I was thanking. So rude, feel like going elsewhere!
