I have used this service twice now to travel to Heathrow from north London. Pricing is very confusing and keeps changing for the same journey (for example I paid 25% more for the same journey two weeks after the initial journey). Driver was late and no information given why. Management non-responsive when escalated the matter. Overall a very unpleasant experience dealing with the company.

Mill Hill Cab Service is normally a good but they have a very rude and arrogant controller who calls himself Clive. ( wont give his surname) I would have given a 5 star rating but his communication skills, attitude and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. He likes to argue, thinks hes always right and likes
to put the phone down on people. Should learn manners and how to hold a proper conversation rather than the gutter language he perpetuates. 1/5 for customer service.

My dad booked taxi from Heathrow airport to London. The driver they sent was so friendly and polite. He did not even charge him extra waiting which delayed due to Heathrow customs. We will definitely recommend Mill Hill Minicabs to our friends & family. Thank you.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our London visit with the cab service. Since my husband has mobility issues, we figured that booking a private tour to visit London would be the way to go for us. We chose the service Tours based on the excellent reviews that we had read about that company, and we did not regret our decision. The service picked us up at our hotel right on time for our 4-hour tour. He is a very pleasant and courteous man who has a lot of knowledge about London and knows how to communicate his information. He has a good sense of humor, which makes the visit even more enjoyable,

I have used Mill Hill Minicabs service several times now, I must say that the driver was very friendly and helpful. The driver who took us to the airport and was also polite and helpful and helped us with our cases. Also on time unlike other cab firms. I have recently recommended this firm to some of my friends and work colleagues and have received good feed back from them. I highly recommend this firm to anyone and I would definitely use their services again. A* service.
