I phoned to ask for a quote for the price, they sent the cab. I had to call back to cancel this. I then wanted to book a cab I asked for it to arrive at 12:45pm. I booked this in and then got a text to say that the cab was on its way for 11:45 am. I called back to cancel this and then tell them that I booked it for 12:45pm. The cab Arrived at 1:07 pm. Disappointed in the service as we had an appointment to get to.

Very unprofessional and very bad communication. As the guy on the phone came up with the excuse saying the 1st driver has a emergency so had to ask another driver. And wanted to add 15 to the committed price. Bad driver due to language and communication issues.
Had to wait at least 45 mins to find he was at the wrong place. Then did not have cash to parking fee. After all they terrible driving on the M11 got hooted at due to bad lane control. On top of all this he missed a turning added extra 40 mins to our tiring journey.

Good service. Arrived 15 mins earlier than booked time, for Heathrow drop. Cost me 10.55 more than the telephone quote, which I'll be taking up when I return
