A truly memorable stay here Vicky the manager was a superb host our bedroom was well appointed with a lovely sea view comfortable bed high quality linen bathrobes and towels the toiletries were of high quality as was the furniture. Breakfast was excellent high quality bacon and Cumberland sausages as was everything else service was friendly and attentive. We have stayed at The Grand and many other establishments in Brighton before. A Room With A View is by far the best place we have visited. Highly Recommended.

We stayed here last night and could not recommend the hotel enough, we had difficulty with our booking and David was really helpful along with the owners help they saved us a lot a money, the hotel is beautiful with stunning sea view rooms and compared to other hotels we have stayed in in Brighton this one is now our favourite and value for money! We will 100% be returning, thank you

Wonderful hotel, attention to detail was outstanding, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The location was superb with great views, not forgetting the

We stayed here for a few days, and what a nice hotel! Our bed was comfy the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Just a note, if you're in room 9 or 10, there's 67 steps to go up so you'll be fitter than before you arrived!
