Good value for money.
10* for the staff (taxi phone numbers, WiFi passwords, door number to get in - all received at check-in )
10* water pressure at shower!
10* location : bus stop 5 min walk, fast food & bars near by 5 min walk and Lidl 10 min walk, train station 15 min walk. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean and iron sheets.

We checked out immediately my colleague had stained pillows and the room was generally grotty. The decor appears to have gone untouched since the 1980s. The restaurant was closed. The one good thing we can say is the car parking facilities were decent. Everything else was not good.

The lighting over the bed was flickering and arcing. The shower room floor is very slippery, even when dry. Had to ask for toilet paper as what was left in the room wasn't sufficient. Restaurant and bar closed which was a shame. Car parking facilities and service overall was good.

Great hotel close to Gatwick airport.the airport now charge taxis5 to drop you off making taxi fare 12 but we used bus at 5am just as good for 5-20 for 2

Arrived at 9pm on Friday as we couldnt get any accommodation in Brighton, there was not a soul around our room key was left in an envelope on the closed reception. The shutters where down on the bar. Found our room which was very small & very dated although the bed was clean & comfortable. Bathroom was tiny enough room to manoeuvre from the toilet to the small shower, certainly not the cleanest. Next morning woke to the smell of bacon, yet again not a single human in sight, the restaurant was also closed up! . We stayed for 2 nights & never saw anyone.Should be remained Bates Motel. Safe to

We had to spend a night between 2 flights and choose the Gatwick White House Hotel. It first seemed to be a little bit "shabby" but the room was very clean, the beds very comfy, and the breakfast had all we wanted. Breads, boiled eggs, cheese, cold cut, diff jam, peanut butter, wafers, coffee choice, hot chocolate, a big variety of tee, great. And there is a cosy bar where you can buy pops and all other kind of drinks for a nice price. I highly recommend this house for a night between 2 flights. It's not luxurious but cosy.

Really enjoyed my 1 night stay! Very simple amd easy check in & check out! Room & en suite was clean, coffee & tea in the room. Will definatley stay again very soon. Thank you
