Deluxe Room
Deluxe Rooms combine luxury with affordability, featuring super king beds, smart televisions, and marble bathrooms or shower rooms. While smaller than our premium categories, these rooms maintain identical quality standards with select units offering partial sea views or courtyard perspectives.

Check-in was flawless straight up to the room, was upgraded to the Junior Suite which was fantastic and HUGE. Staff were really friendly, breakfast was great quality, definatley will be back!

Thank you so much for everything you are the best in town! Clean, spacious and beautiful rooms with amazing sea view. the breakfast was excellent and food tasty. Also, excellent service from highly qualified therapist Claire- briliant servise! Staff always helpful, friendly especially George and Olivia, Kevin. We felt like being home.Thank you very much for the gift made to my 7 month baby. We will never forget you. I will recommend this hotel with confidence to anyone visiting Eastbourne!. P.S. My elderly parents booked a weekend break for their 50th wedding anniversary. The elevator wasn't working and has been out for sometime apparently, my mother could barely make it up the stairs. They went out most of the day and upon returning their room hadn't even been cleaned. Still unmade bed, wet towels. Apparently member of staff hadn't shown up(pathetic excuses all weekend). How this hotel can charge them over 300 per night is daylight robbery. This hotel is far from 4 or 5 star. Not sure who's running it but someone needs to be held accountable .
