All the "good" reviews they have must be fake, we saw that they had terrible reviews but went with them anyway - BIG mistake. They are very unprofessional and don't act like they are running a business - I would avoid them :)

They have house on rent next door with over grown tree and bushes Messaged and called them a number of time to come to trim the tree as all the debris from the tree is fallen in my garden and blowing inside my house cant even leave windows open! They dont do anything about sent some cowboys with a hand saw to cut some of the branches with hasnt made any difference. If you ask me they are unprofessional and am sure the house is a hmo with no license with I will taking to the council about.

Worst experience ever. Zero costumer service. I called them on Friday morning because I needed a plumber for the toilet ASAP, Natalie told me she would find someone and give me a call, waited until 4pm and no calls received, I called her again and she said that none was avaiable, we couldnt use the toilet otherwise. I asked her to call the landlord and she said If you hang out I can call him otherwise I cant.. I was shocked, I deal with a lot of people during the day and I think this maybe 80% of the time Im on the phone but I never say it! She promise to call me before closing
