We had a great experience renting with Empire Chase. We rented their apartment for more than 2 years. Throughout the tenancy period, we had great support from the team. The entire staff was very professional and was always available in case of any issues with the apartment. We had a very smooth experience renting and leaving the apartment. After a terrible experience with another estate agent, we were left high and dry. However, Naz and team helped us select an apartment in a timely fashion. Not just that, the entire team remained highly responsive to the queries and also co-operated to change our move in date due to COVID-19 scenario.

Excellent - will recommend everyone. For every problem we reported, it was fixed on the very next day. Even reporting smaller issues, they replaced the appliance/ furniture with a new one in couple of days which I doubt any other agency will ever do. Highly recommended for working professionals who don't have time to chase property managers again and again for sorting out any property related issue.
