Made an appointment with Clive but two hours after appointment was scheduled got a call saying he had got busy and forgot. Perhaps if he spent less time bragging about how amazing their new system was and more time on diary management I would actually not have wasted my time. In response (a) the appointment was 2.30; (b) you suggested Sunday as you don't work on Saturday. If you prefer not to work on weekends then don't offer that you will - I never demanded an appointment. If you had said no then maybe I would have got an agent who turned up from some other agency.

We strongly recommend Taylor Hawkins and Clive Brier, they had our house under offer in a matter of days, and are quick, easy to deal with, offered excellent client care and respond very quickly to queries. They made the whole process much easier even though we were in a chain. Clive Brier is your man and you will be in very safe hands, he bends over backwards to help his clients, a huge thank you.
