Incompetent, Inept, Inadmissable just three words to describe Landlord Direct management of my short term let holiday cottage. Essentially the company is not structured to manage short term lets which need 24/7 attendance and housekeepers who do a lot more than just cleaning. None of this is possible if the agency are unavailable evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays and Annie Cleaners, inapproprietaly described as 'housekeepers' who also work restricted hours and days.

Very poor service. The agent didn't turn up to the viewing and didn't respond to phone calls. When they eventually answered, they said they would find out what happened with the viewing and call back. They didn't call back. They wasted a lot of our time. I wouldn't use them as a tenant or as a landlord.

Me and my friend stay at one of Landlord's property and checked out at the end of July and we have received a deduction of deposition in total of 142, with 94 cleaning fees and 48 for supplying and fitting new bulbs, 6 bulbs at the price of 8 each. It was ridiculous, because we have cleaned the flat and left it as it was before we moved in. Some of the bulbs aren't even working at the first place, the strip lights in the kitchen were broken a week after we just moved in, and we have just replaced all of the other bulbs and made sure they were all functioning before we left. Landlord direct failed to fulfill their promises of BASIC maintenance in the property that violated the contract, and then had the AUDACITY to take away my daughter and her flatmates deposit based on false claims regarding cleaning (which were disputed with photographic evidence). The staff were totally incompetent and unprofessional throughout their entire tenancy, sending passive aggressive emails, claiming that emails and correspondence was made on certain issues when in fact it wasnt, claiming they had sent out maintenance people to fix issues in the
