Very professional company. Communication is excellent. Reply back quickly if busy. Highly recommend. Personal note.. A young lady called Shanna Seaton dealt with me rental query/ predicament. Lovely customer service/very efficient and very quick to sort my situation out. I ask a lot of questions and always felt I was being listened to with respect. Keep up the good work. Myself and partner were looking to rent our first flat together and Shanna couldnt have been more helpful. She was able to put all our worries at easy and make this experience a very positive one. Shanna was very responsive with email and was able to answer all the questions that we had. She was very friendly and bubbly which over all made her so easy to work with. I couldnt have asked for a better experience with her and Walton and Allen.

Unprofessional cowboy outfit - avoid like the plague! I have tried to view houses 3 times now with these kids. Always an unprofessional attitude when you call- they take your number but then don't even call you back to arrange a viewing - even though I am a cash buyer. All I can do is give them 1 star and hope that eventually they get enough complaints that they buck their ideas up.
Ive been viewing houses with at least 5 other estate agents this year and these kids stand out as inept and unprofessional.
