I had early morning flight from Manchester with my wife and kids, so booked this taxi from Wigan to MAN airport for 05:30. Just to be safe, 1 day before travel called on phone provided to double check if registration exists. Gentleman on a phone found my registration and assured everything is OK. On the next morning, I waited till 5:40, no taxi. I called again, and was shocked - "we tried to reach you by the phone but unsuccessfully, ride is canceled". Obviously, my number was entered correctly and phone wasn't switched off. The only reason I managed to get to my flight is that uberXL was nearby

Not what it used to be. I remember it being a premium taxi service a few years ago but I booked two taxis for an event recently and the one there turned up 20 minutes late and I had to direct the driver to where I wanted to go. On the way back the driver said I hadn't paid for the taxi even though I had prepaid. He then threatened to drive us back to the depot to sort it out. Obviously we didn't want to do that so just had to tell him to let us out in the middle of nowhere. If you're considering booking I would just book an Uber instead. Awful.

Car no. 14. - you need a taxi. This guy is for you. Looks after you and taxis where you need to go and eevn stops off where you need to, great price. Great customer service.

Our driver picked us up from terminal 2, just over 2 minutes after we booked it! He was excellent- polite, friendly, very helpful. He tooka speedy route to Wilmslow & unloaded all our cases. I'm absolutely gutted we had no cash for a tip, as he totally deserved it.

Rude staff avoid this place and over charge people. Take you long way round taken advantage off drunken women and people on the village who come to have good night out not drama. Not lgbt friendly at all all they care about is wage package . Dont Care about the customer and rude customer service when lost my phone they did nothing
