I wont be using these guys again. This is the second time I've preordered an early morning cab to get a train from Manchester. Luckily I allowed plenty of time.The first time I had to ring and ask where it was, it eventually showed up but they'd clearly forgotten the order. Then getting a receipt rook 3 phone calls at ridiculous times of day to catch the one guy that could do receipts in the end I had to get really pushy as I was clearly getting the run around. Second time the driver rang me to tell me he couldn't do the job as he didn't do card payments ( I'd prepaid) at the time I was stood outside

I have never been so disgusted by the way I was treated tonight by a taxi driver and your staff in the office. I am disabled and am in a wheelchair, I am able to transfer and fold the chair myself so they can put it in the boot, I always explain it is heavy because it has batteries built into the wheels and if its too heavy I can take the wheels off so its much lighter. This taxi driver took me home last week and complained the whole ride home about my chair and I shouldnt order a normal taxi I should order a black cab and to not do that again, but doing this would cost me more as black cabs

I sometimes wonder if this company is a bit of a joke. You select to book a taxi on the app but it doesn't show up. You ring them to check the booking and they just seem to instantly hang up on you. If on the rare occasion a taxi does turn up it's often found parked 3 streets away from where you actually live. Definitely not a service you can rely on. And with the app specifically... you have no idea the taxi is actually on its way or not. More often than not you're late and loss of pay ( if using the taxi service to get to work ). One to avoid from my opinion.

Usually a good service but it has been on a rapid decline recently. Taxis always arriving late and drivers attempting to make any excuse to take a longer route to bump up the rate.

Awesome! I booked an airport transfer (Bury-MAN) a few days in advance, the driver arrived not only on time, but even a few minutes early ahead of the scheduled pickup time. The journey was quick and pleasant, and the driver was nice and professional. The price was very reasonable for a door to door service, I was dropped off at the terminal doorstep. Safe and reliable
