Four star review even though we never ended up riding with STS cars! The customer service was excellent. I live in the US and my family is back in Leeds. Due to a missed flight, we got booked onto a flight to Manchester. I found STS cars online and was easily able to book what the size of car needed for three people and three bags. The quote to take us from Manchester Airport to North Leeds (90 minutes) was a fair price. I was impressed that the company used Whats App to text and confirm the ride. While en route to Manchester we got delayed in the US and were able to rebook onto a Leeds flight

We had a crisis and needed to book a taxi for my pregnant daughter who was arriving into Manchester from France with her two year old toddler. We were unable to collect her so arranged for STS cars to pick her up and drive her to Leeds. Unexpectedly our situation chsnged and we no longer required the service of STS. The staff were very helpful and polite and responded to my emails immediately. We were given a prompt credit as per the cancellation policy. Highly recommend for competence, politness and service.

Booked a taxi with confirmation and payment only for it to be cancelled 1.5h later with no explanation why. AAt this stage I had no internet connection which meant late night transport back to Leeds became much more stressful for me and my friends. Currently awaiting the refund.

Arrived on time, easy to pay in advance (so a clear and set price), the car was clean and comfortable and our driver (Shoaib) made sure we made it to our train on time. He was friendly and went out of his way on our trip. Really recommend.

Used for an airport transfer. Not suitable for families, car seats were dirty and damaged. Vehicle was not as advertised on website. However the driver was polite
