The manner Battrick Clark Solicitors dealt with our Remortgage is beyond our expectations. Within a short time frame thanks to their professionalism,efficiency and knowledge they brought our case to completion. I don't normally review legal services because in our experience they have been average to awful but Andrea at Battrick Clark has been a star through what was quite a bumpy sale. She has been continually upbeat and encouraging and most of all, she has been there whenever we needed to speak to her. We will be using her again in future, and I have never said that about any other conveyancing solicitor ever before.

As a buyer, my experience so far can be summarised as "the Home Office is the epitome of customer support by comparison"
Absolute lack of commitment to dates or milestones. Repeatedly missed target dates. Slow to process any step with often repeated requests on the same subject. Unfortunately I have not taken my property yet or exchanged contracts. As a cash buyer without chain I cannot begin to imagine how much worse it would be in a difficult case. This is resulting in additional unnecessary costs to myself. I selected this company based on the good reviews, hopefully this will help others
