Awful time wasters. Do not waste time with these people. They have no idea what they are doing. We was in the process of selling and they have just decided to pull out and stop working with us because of their incompetence. We made a payment 5 weeks ago and was told it was successful upon having to chase these people around we found the payment was unsuccessful which has delayed everything. I did say i would like to speak to the complaints manager and because of this they have decided not to work with us. This again puts us behind and i believe they are terrified of the ombudsman as they know they

Expected so much more - very disappointing
The reviews vary from 1-5 so we can only assume that we were unlucky to be allocated Luisa and Elise, as others seem to have had a more positive experience. In our opinion, ours cost us our purchase, gave us sleepless nights and no end of stress. We feel that if it wasn't for the work we did ourselves and the brilliant estate agents, we'd have got nowhere.

A lot of the time it was like wading through treacle. Easier to bullet point it:
- Dreadful communication. The phone will be answered in a half-@rsed way and 99% of the time you'll be put through to

I’ve been using Emma Selfridge as my conveyance solicitor for a few years now although this was the first time in her new firm…. Absolutely top notch service as usual from start to finish and we are so grateful that you got us all in and completed perfectly on time (again)….. I’ll be in touch in the New Year for another little job that needs sorting *****

Very poor communication, my sale was passed from one solicitor to another then to their secretary to another Secretary, they would go on holiday/sick and nothing seems to get done. Left messages on the solicitors answer phone for information and they would not ring me back numerous times. And finally extra costs on that quoted that was not declared to me. Plus an app that is only used to identify yourself that costs 50.00 for the password. Do your self a favour go elsewhere.
