We are a solicitors firm specialising in all aspects of Family Law and Mental Health, we understand that such issues can be stressful and emotional for you and we pride ourselves on our caring approach. We also have specialist expertise in care proceedings, including non-accidental injury, neglect, sexual and emotional abuse.

We charge a fixed fee of 100 plus VAT for an initial appointment to discuss the options available to you. In addition to privately funded work we have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency. However, availability for this is limited due to changes that came in 2013. Legal Aid is available to parents who are involved in care proceeding issued by the local authority.

I have been practicing law in the South Wales area for over fifteen years specialising in Family and Mental health. In 2011 I became an accredited member of the Law Society Children Panel, both as an adult and child representative and in 2013 became a member of the Law Society Mental Health Panel.

From your first appointment you will receive a full estimate of the costs you are likely to incur and when you are expected to meet these costs.

Hayley is a member of the Law Society Mental Health Panel and has considerable experience in this field. We are contracted with the Legal Aid Agency which means that where a client is detained under the Mental Health Act, we can provide advice and representation at the Mental Health Review Tribunal free of charge, regardless of your income.
