After over 6 months my house sale is still not gone through, very slow response from solicitor and things taking far to long, not Corona related as my other house sale was just done in two and a half months, when I chased up after 4 and a half months, was told they were busy, I explained I had been very patient and even offered to help, still now over 7 months they will cost me my sale it's a shame as 4 years ago I used them and very quick responsive service but not anymore, updated only when I chase, never again will I use they have made my financial situation worse.

Chris Prew and Chloe Pearsall at Roach Pittis just did a brilliant job helping me with a house purchase. A quick turnaround was required, especially given endless delays in the lender providing documents. They were responsive in difficult circumstances and helped sort the lender problems out. Eventually the key document was turned around same day to keep the completion on schedule. Their charges were very reasonable, especially given the very responsive turnaround which was crucial. Thanks!!
