Our specials feature locally sourced dishes including Barbary Duck, Cornish Hake, Somerset Pork Loin, Sea Bream, Cte de Boeuf and other select steak cuts. Our Steaks are 30 day aged cuts from pedigree South Devon Reds from Newton Farm. Run by a local Bath family (Hugh, Celia and their children), Hugh is the 3rd generation of the Gay family to farm at Newton St Loe as tenants of the Duchy of Cornwall.
