I would highly recommend using Palmers Solicitors, particularly Carina who I worked with on a recent flat purchase. She was pragmatic whilst highlighting why certain issues (such as fire safety and having the right names on deeds...) were important to get right. As a first time buyer, I had lots of annoying and panicky questions which Caraina always answered quickly with patience and professionalism, taking time to explain issues and processes. I would highly recommend using this firm. From the professional and courteous introduction from Arun through to the diligence and above all, good humour of Carina who dealt with our property transaction, Palmers was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend also that you use their online Conveyancelink option which lets you track progress without having to constantly call for/worry about updates on progress.
