I went to Bennett Welch after a recommendation from a family member who has used them in the past. They was very responsive and dealt with all my concerns. Probably the worst solicitor I've ever come across. Glyn Crews was appalling in the way he dealt with a lease extension, costing me the sale of the property. Don't try and get him on the phone, he hides behind his secretary who was also embarrassed of his actions. He is to be avoided at all costs (which to me were considerable.
