I cannot fault Michelle and her team. O have had my own will with them for many many years and therefore, have made many amendments to my will. I have always found them helpful and knowledgeable and a recent "very tricky' probate case they did for my mother's estate, was carried out in the professional manner I have come to expect from them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends.

My partner and I did our Wills through Will Drafters Ltd a few years ago and the service was excellent. I had to contact Michelle when I sadly lost my partner nearly 6 years now and she was so helpful and was always at the end of the phone to listen to me during a very difficult and upsetting time. Because im partialy deaf,i got my son to contact them and hes left messages, but no ones got back.he cant get through to anyone.i was told there good but i give up.what sort of a busines that never calls you back.going with someone else.terible service

This company's customer service is absolutely diabolical. My mother passed away 4 weeks ago and her will is held with Willdrafters. After several phone calls and emails I'm still waiting for the Will to be released despite several promises and poor excuses saying that it would posted out. The one employee Rita even made the excuse because she had to self isolate after taking herself off to Spain thats why it hadn't been done. I wouldnt touch this company with a Barge pole. So be warned!!

I have left messages to amend my will and no one has called back. It seems once everything is paid, they are not interested. very dissapointed
