What is included in the room rate?

Can I bring my pet to Townhouse B & B?
We allow one well-behaved dog in ground floor rooms for a £30 deep cleaning surcharge. Please request pet-friendly accommodation when booking.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00pm to 9:00pm daily. Guests should call 07834 549030 upon arrival. Check-out time is 10:30am to allow room preparation.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes, discretionary rate reductions apply for stays of two nights or more, lower occupancy levels, and business customers. Please enquire before booking.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before arrival. If rooms can be re-let at normal rates, refunds will be processed. Cancellations within 7 days may incur charges.
Are there facilities for disabled guests?
While we don't have purpose-built accessible rooms, we accommodate disabled guests where possible. Ground floor rooms and tray service are available upon request.

Perfectly pleasant overnight stay, car park is a little confusing but theres plenty of information in the room to explain. Lack of shower was a bit of a bummer, but there was a jug and other thoughtful touches to work around this! The room was comfy, functional and the included continental breakfast was fine. Cooked breakfast available for small extra fee.

Does what it says on the tin! Ideal location slap bang in the middle of Skipton,with parking at the rear.mike is friendly and the b&b is clean and tidy.

Convenient location in central Skipton. Steep stairs for us oldies. Otherwise clean comfortable and we'll equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and tidy. I loved the fan in the room. Really felt welcome by the host. Parking out side room was very good. Definitely be back
