Not all facilities were available (bar and cooked breakfast)when we stayed and our double room that was booked and confirmed was just a twin with the beds pushed together and quilt zipped together. All very clean and comfortable though and staff were lovely. Entrance is tiny and easy to miss. Nothing in the immediate vicinity to do or walk to, other than a Chinese take away. We used as a base when visiting family in Leeds. Would stay again to see if things had changed foe the better and give them the benefit of the doubt.

All I can say is the shower had good pressure and the bed was OK. The window leaked as had rained, no sign of WiFi and no hairdryer. We let the hotel know well in advance that there was a vegan in our party, and the two women on reception said they had a note of it but had nothing to offer for breakfast except fruit. They said leave it with them for the morning. When we arrived at breakfast we were told nothing had been arranged and then she proceeded to say that she had worked until 8 last night and "no disrespect to us, but it wasn't her problem that the management hadn't sorted".
