Absolutely appalling service. Overpriced for what we go. We booked the venue for my nephews birthday party and were initially promised the marquee and several other things and due to the limited amount of people were given a good price. Later on the owner claimed the man we had spoken to was crazy and that we couldnt have the marquee. Fair enough. We went on to make a list of small requests for the venue, 2 weeks before the day (tables, chairs, cleaning of the decking and tea room) he agreed and said it would all be ready. The day before the event, we arrived to an empty dirty room, filthy decking

Recently booked at the hotel for a funeral lunch, which went ahead without issue. Great communication from Pam before the day, and the buffet spread was superb. The room was set out exactly as we expected, and the staff were attentive & courteous throughout the day. Would certainly return.
