Arshad gave me clear advise on making application for my husband's dependant visa. I would like to share the questions and answers just in case someone finds it useful. My circumstance was tricky. I am eligible for ILR but my husband is not as he hasn't completed 5 years in UK. I was advised to apply for his visa as skilled worker dependant partner. I had a couple of questions as below.
