I consulted with Daniel at the Wimbledon Village branch about a very difficult tenant who refused to leave my house at the end of the tenancy. Daniel has excellent attention to detail, was very professional, responsive and informative and gave me all the options on how to handle this.... especially important for me as I live overseas. Tenant has vacated and I'm now seeking Daniel's advice on collection of unpaid rent and claiming costs for damage to property. Thank you Daniel and Team at Peacock.
