Everyone at Gatehouse brides is so amazing friendly and helpful. I had the best experience here and found THE dress for my special day. Communication was great through the stressful time of the pandemic and arranging new dates for the fitting appointments was easy. Thanks so much :) definitely recommend both of their shops to anyone!

So pleased that I brought my dress from Gatehouse brides. Julie and the team were so friendly and welcoming and helped me to choose a dress which suited me well. They took a genuine interest in me and attached a happy wedding day card when picking my dress up which was a lovely personal touch. The team were calm and professional and nothing was too much trouble even when the wedding was postponed. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant shop to get your wedding dress from! They have a great selection which allows you to try on many dresses you may not have even thought of getting. For my dress, I was looking at something completely different, and then Julie pulled a very elegant looking dress out and recommended I tried it on. I did and it was the one. Nothing else compared! Not only that but the aftercare is brilliant with the inhouse seamstress taking care of any bits you may need to amend - the alterations are flawless. They even took care of a bridesmaid dress which I had bought from elsewhere with no issues.

The Gatehouse Brides were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole wedding build up process. I was so excited to go dress shopping and I hoped that the experience would live up to my expectations. I visited three shops that day and Gatehouse Brides certainly made me the most relaxed. Their selection of dresses were incredible and I was so happy to find my dream dress there. My fitting appointments were all really well organised; and even with Covid restrictions/limitations, I still felt really well looked after and safe. Wow! Where to begin with this beautiful shop and the exceptional service. I went into GHB today, the first wedding dress store Ive ever been to and I had the most wonderful experience. Emily greeted myself and my bridesmaid with the warmest welcome. She had already looked at the questionnaire I had filled out upon booking and had chosen some styles based on what I said I had liked. I also showed some styles I had found on GHBs website and she found these for me too. She listened to exactly what I wanted and was just so helpful and fantastic from start to finish.
