Holiday Cottages

Our 13 cottages range from intimate retreats for two to expansive properties sleeping up to 22 guests. Converted from 300-year-old barns, each cottage features original beams, modern kitchens, and private outdoor spaces. Guests enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, and access to shared facilities.

Pet-Friendly Stays

Twelve cottages welcome pets at 20 per dog per stay. We provide guidance for responsible pet ownership during stays, including leash rules and waste disposal. Pets are excluded from the Dill cottage and communal indoor areas.

Large Group Accommodation

We accommodate up to 92 guests across interconnected cottages like The Farmhouse and Elderberry. Properties feature shared living spaces, commercial kitchens, and direct access to recreational facilities. Ideal for family reunions, weddings, and corporate events.

Recreational Facilities

Guests access an indoor heated pool (12m x 6m), all-weather tennis court, gym, and games room. Additional features include fishing lakes, a summerhouse, and a play area. Facilities operate daily until 9pm with safety guidelines for children.

Wedding Guest Housing

Our cottages provide lodging for wedding parties with flexible configurations. Properties near event spaces include The Farmhouse and Elderberry. We offer coordination support for large bookings and recommend local caterers for receptions.

All cottages include bed linen, kitchenware, Wi-Fi, and private outdoor furniture. Highchairs, cots, and DVD players are available on request.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome in 12 cottages at £20 per dog. They must be kept on leads near water features and are prohibited from furniture and communal indoor areas.

Are there activities for children?

Children enjoy the indoor pool, play area, games room, and 16 acres of land. The summerhouse and fishing lakes offer quieter exploration opportunities.

Great location. Friendly owner. Great Meadow tucked away for complete privacy. Swimming pool and hot tub facilities very clean. We'll equipped accommodation. Cosy and relaxing.

We enjoyed a happy holiday here. My disabled husband managed very well in Oregano as it has a wet room. His scooter didn't like the stones in the courtyard though. Scruffy visited several times always wagging his tale. The farms position is very central and both coasts were easily reached. We ate twice at the Archer Arms ,very good meals. We did a click and collect shop at Launceston Tesco which worked very well.

Nice place to stay, kids loved feeding the ponies in the next field. The swimming pool was large and warm with plenty of room to swim about but sadly the water and bottom of the pool could do with a good clean.

Could do with alot of work. The bedroom i was in was the only one without carpets but laminate flooring which was noisey as hell to walk across. The doors had what looked like yale locks removed from most of the bedrooms. Bedroom door handles were hanging off. Wifi was awful. However as a cottage it had walls which kept heat in and an excellent location to use as a hub for day trips out. This has the potential to be a amazing place just the owner needs to spend aswell as take the money from customers.

Amazing location,perfect for family. Loads of activities. Jacuzzi perfect for evenings or long nights and the swimming pool perfect for the day time. Don't expect it to look like a hotel it is a completely different experience. Beautiful cottage in a beautiful
beautiful area . Big thank you to the gentleman that was looking after the property to make sure we have everything we need .

Another lovely holiday, this place is just the perfect getaway, we stayed in Great Meadow which was well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the wood burner in the evening. We were pretty much able to amuse ourselves with the pool, fishing and playing outside for the kids without having to go anywhere, felt very safe and homely and I leave feeling relaxed for the first time in ages. Cannot wait to come back!
