Twelve Oaks Farm in Teigngrace, a working farm of nearly 250 acres, specializing in Charolais beef cattle, is bordered by the River Teign and on the edge of the village of Teigngrace.
We have both caravan park and holiday cottage facilities for you to enjoy. Set in quiet rural surroundings there is no main road outside the site, leaving you to enjoy a peaceful sleep and reassuring you of road safety for the children. We have electric and T.V. hook up to most of the park. We have a laundry, small shop, calorgas on-site and also a selection of our own meat and fresh farm eggs. We provide on site storage for your caravan, allowing you to enjoy your free time with no worries of hitching up, towing to site and driving home.

A deposit of 50.00 per week is required at time of booking, the balance is due to be paid 1 month before commencement of the holiday, in the event of cancellation we do not give refunds. We advise you to obtain your own holiday insurance. 2. An acknowledgement will be sent via email or if a stamped addressed envelope is supplied.

Stover Country Park - A short walk from the farm leads to Stover Country Park where wildlife abounds in and around the lake. For the sports person there is an 18 hole Golf Course (1 mile) and riding (2 miles).Passing through Teigngrace is "The Templar Way". It is a popular route for walkers, some 18 miles long, from Teignmouth on the coast to the rocky heights of Haytor Rock on the moor.

We are very blessed in Devon with our beautiful countryside, clean air and above all the spectacular walking available. Teigngrace sits beside the Templer way, one of Devon's most historic and wonderful walks. Close by is the Stover country park with a magnificent lake and footpaths. Dartmoor is a stones throw away with many types of walks and excursions available.

The lake provides mixed species fishing for Roach, Perch, Carp & Tench with carp weights into double figures.
