Was charged 17.10 for jump starting the car during service. Very disappointed. Just picked up my car from this garage today, it was booked in for MOT and a Service. When dropping it off I have mentioned that the battery died yesterday and needed jump starting and asked if they could check it out. Later on I had received a call confirming that the battery is faulty and needs replacing. I was quoted 200.00 including fitting, I said fine, but after putting the phone down and quickly checking, I have found that I can get the battery replaced for half of that price. Called back within 5mins

Definitely feel like a garage you can trust. Having taken our car to a Fiat specialist who thought an intermittent fault which would cost north of 1,100. I sought a second opinion with Claytons. It turned out to be the spark plugs that needed swapping at minimal cost. They also check anything outside of the norm with you before going ahead with the work which is nice.
