Dreadful experience, seems they were more focused on trying to get extra cash from me rather than helping with or understanding preventable issues & issues newer subscribers like myself may experience. A glance in reviews appears as Synetiq rarely respond expediently to issues & the 'default reflex mode' seems clearly defensive & uncompromising, 'the computer says NO!?'
Our communication so far is in stark contrast to the admin at ASM whom when we had an issue with, were able to easily & thankfully quickly resolve the same day via a simple phone call (rather than multiple emailing back & forth

Awful awful service. Completely understaffed. confirmed what I needed over the phone twice. When I drove all the way there from otherside of ROTHERHAM they had the wrong part. Had me stood around for 40 mins and still didn't get part. Very very disappointing.
