Popped in on the off-chance to see if they could fix my gold bracelet. Not only did they do it quickly & well, but it was affordable, too. Nice to be able to go to a local place where service matters because it's their business, and to feel cared for!

Visited the store and purchased three sets of gold earrings and when I got home I noticed one of the earrings had a crack in the base with a slight hole. I went to the store on Monday with the goods and showed the earrings to the lady and said I wasn't happy with this I haven't even worn them and to spend almost 50.00 I definetly was not happy
I asked for a refund but she wasnt happy to do this and said why should she as she checks and polished the earrings before they went to me I told her to check the camera as she did not polish them what so ever. Overall i felt like I as being judged and that
