Having lived in a CPL-managed house for three years, I can happily say that they are one of the best property management companies in the business. Student/young professional living is rife with horror stories about awful landlords etc, but CPL (specifically, our wonderful property manager Rachael) have looked after us incredibly well throughout. I have the misfortune of living next door to a house "managed" by Cambridge Property Lettings. The pavement in front of the house and footpath to the side of the house is often blocked by bins and dumped rubbish, both by the tenants of the house and by people hired by Cambridge Property Lettings (cleaners, tradesmen). This rubbish only gets dealt with when the council finally sends someone to clean up their mess. It is a nightmare having a Cambridge Property Lettings house as a neighbour.
