I've never incurred any issues with the garage. The staff are friendly, highly knowledgeable and are not pushy. I have been taken both my hatchback and estate there for servicing and MOTs for sometime now, always return my vehicles to me in to condition, leaving me feeling reassured everytime!

Right, where do I start. Left a review 3 years ago . Cost an arm and a leg for a replacement alternator which has now packed up!! Obviously reconditioned and painted. An alternator shouldn't pack up after only 3 years. Not happy!

Phoned up to enquire about a winter Health check. Was greeted by a very standoffish lady who wasn't prepared to help me , stated that the winter health checks come as part of a service! But I didn't want I service . Once I stated I didn't want a service she wasn't intrested . Shame as I use to use this garage , gone elsewhere and found a lovely garage .

Positive:Quality,Value
We bought a used VW, and were very happy with the price, quality and preparation of the car. For example, a cambelt change was included without me asking, as there was no record of this in the service history. This went a long way beyond what most used car places would do. Overall seems like a very straight and honest operation.
