Bought a 120d BMW from these guys and within a month the engine was smoking and discovered that the engine had a crack above the cam belt cover and it was leaking oil. My mechanic also informed me that the engine had been taken apart before and not put back together properly, so dont trust the mechanics they use or the dealership that sells the cars. When I spoke to the owner on the phone, he said that there was nothing he could do and he wouldnt help me at all. If it would have cost less than the piece of junk car they sold to take them to court, I would have done that. Dont waste your

5 STARS FROM US AND WE WOULD GIVE MORE IF POSSIBLE. I read some of the reviews on here and I would suggest that some are very unfair and/or people do not know what might happen when you buy a car that is 10 years old or older. People need to understand that Deals in Wheels sell approximately 60 cars a month and the law of numbers dictates that parts will fail either the same day (me), the following week or month. Think about it, the same would have happened to the previous owner. We purchased a Freelander from Deals in Wheels (Colin & James) and the rear differential failed almost immediately

Excellent from walking in to walking out, the car I was buying showed a fault on the dash these guys went above and beyond even putting in to a Mercedes specialist , I have dealt with many car dealers in my life my brother was in the motor trade for many years these guys are genuinely trying to make it as smooth as it can be if you want to buy a good used car and be looked after then I can't recommend them highly enough. When I'm done with this one I will go there again 5 star service

Be aware of these scammers yes scammers
Only buy from these cowboys if you've got money to
throw away. We booked to see and potentially buy on finance a Black BMW X3 on Friday afternoon 28 May 2021. We were told before we made our 238 miles round trip that the car was all ready and recently serviced. Upon arrival the car was as stated very clean an tidy i checked the engine bay all was good. After a 20 mins test drive we returned and asked to see everything just once again before we carried out the final paperwork. After opening the bonnet cars engine bay was smoking

BEWARE THEY ARE A COWBOY OUTFIT WHO HAVE NO MORALS AND SCAM PEOPLE.
Travelled 4hrs to this dealership to find the car smoking from engine. When asked for deposit back i was told L i would get it back on the following Tuesday Wednesday. Contacting to see how far the process was just to be told I was not getting it back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

As nice as pie when selling the car but if anything goes wrong with the car a different story. Only had car 4-5 weeks or so and it broke down. It turned out that all coil packs were faulty and the spark plugs were in bad shape and so had to be replaced. The limited warranty didnt cover any of this and so I was out of pocket 549 to get car towed, diagnosed and repaired. Then some more weeks later , the car breaks down again and the fuel pump is knackered! Obviously the fuel pump is not covered On their warranty, so they refused to put anything towards that not even for a good will gesture!

Not sure why this garage has bad reviews. I travelled from Leicestershire to view a car. I dealt with Billy and I have to say he was lovely and very helpful from the offset. Unlike other garages he wasn't pushy at all. I agreed to buy the car, left a small deposit. There was a couple of bits he agreed to sort out for me. He called in less than 48 hours, work had been done plus a bit extra which he didn't need to do and told me it was ready to collect when I was ready. Upon collection again I dealt with Billy. Have to say he's one of the very few garage owners that is genuine and willing to help
