We could not fault the service and attention to detail when collecting our new Van. Throughly lovely staff, very efficient and they gave us above and beyond service. We could tell how much they loved their job, the knowledge of the Caravan was a testament to this. To anyone buying a van, this is definitely the only place to go. You won't be disappointed.

Brought our first caravan from here and will definitely be coming back again when we're ready to upgrade. Chris helped us throughout and he was fantastic. He was so helpful and had great knowledge about caravans which was great considering we new nothing. When collecting the caravan, Chris showed us what to do without rushing us in and out and took his time making sure we understood everything and answering our many questions. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and I can't recommend this place enough!

Purchased a 2021 Swift Caravan from Nick at Golden Castle and from he very beginning it was a breeze. He was happy to answer any questions we had and when it camera to collect the caravan he spent the entire morning going through every aspect of the working with us until we knew the entire setup and were happy with how everything operated. A very knowledgable company who have an extensively equipped accessories shop and seem to hold customers in high regards. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish, nothing was to much for Alex & his team. After purchase chris gave me a thorough handover lesson how to work everything on my new van. Would highly recommend them, nothing was a problem & excellent delivery by Alex to Charmouth my caravans new home 🙂
