Airport taxi booked for 4:30am. Called at 4:15am to say they couldnt make it, leaving me with no options at that time in a morning. Poor service.

I booked car to Heathrow airport at 11:20am but driver just arrived 11:35am. When I called to the company, they said there is no order placed. Strange. I also booked pick up service from City airport and paid money already. The driver ring me that he cannot pick me up. Later I have to ring the company to deal with refund issues. It is terrible experience if you book for the car to travel. It is diaster to miss the flight or train.

I had rides to- and from- London Gatwick, both with problems. Both taxi's no air conditioning (to save money). Both taxi's also had 'card machine broken' and only notified me at the end of the trip - first time I managed to pay over the phone, the second time I was told the office would be close - I rang, it wasn't. Forced to pay cash so the driver could avoid tax. Second ride also charged an extra 5 over the already included 5 for pick-up at Gatwick. First taxi driver in joggers and jumper, in no way professional. Will never use again, contacted the company and said they would inform management

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called for a taxi was told 10 minute wait. Told them where to collect. Waited 10 minutes. Called again to query where the taxi was. Told them again how to access the collection point. Was told the booking wasn't logged and they were going to call me back. They didn't. I rang again and was told the driver was 1 minute away. He didn't arrive. I called them again as it had been an hour since I first booked the taxi. They said that it would be another 10-15 minutes. I called a different taxi company and they arrived within 5 minutes.
