Christmas evening minicab booked in advance online, message sent after pickup time saying they could not provide service. Understood that they may have problems with lack of drivers, but I could have made alternative arrangements if I had known they had issues even an hour or two in advance. This is unprofessional and very surprising as I have used this company many times and have always found them very reliable.

Kendal cars are the worst cab company ever. They never bother to call another cab or even tell you when a driver clocks of. And their manners are discussing and rude.
