Desperately needed a last minute cab to an appointment due to other plans falling through - was able to book in the AM rush hour, cab was on time, arrived early for my appt and couldn't have had a lovelier driver! Thanks again :)

The cab driver seemed to have difficulty in finding my house number even though I was standing out by the road side. The driver then try to charge me 8 extra than what I was quoted on the phone. Had to call back the office whilst I was in the cab. The driver than complained that his shift was over and that the guys in the office begged him to do the trip. He made it perfectly clear he was not happy about doing the trip. He was very rude and insensitive. In all my years of using cab/ taxi services this has been the worse by far. I would never use them again, especially in an emergency, as this

Wonderful service! The driver greeted us immediately and took us straight to the taxi. I paid for the upgraded service so we all had a bottle of cold water each which was welcomed after the flight. I had made a mistake with the time of our collection on departure but the driver assured me that he would sort this out, and emailed me to confirm this the following day. The driver taking us back to the airport was 30 minutes early and also very friendly. I have recommendedthis service to a friend who is travelling taxi in Gipsy Hill.
