Absolutely horrible and rude staff.i wanted to book a cab to Stansted airport and pay with a card .was refused immediately and told cash only even knowing their window display shows card payments accepted.few hours later I came back to book it again this time paying cash and that muppet in the office started shouting at me "no cab for you ,no cab for you" ,accusing me of swearing at him earlier on .and I didn't I just pointed out a window display saying card payments accepted.this time he can really go fxxx himself .stay away from this people

Got charged 30.99 for a journey from Morden to Sutton Common, about 3 miles! Robbed, didn't notice as I was slightly the worst for wear. Contacting them today to find out why.
